These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Samadarsi Communications LLP website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

  • Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license to access the course materials.
  • Sharing your login details or course content with others is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be completed before gaining course access.
  • All online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Razorpay Payment Terms

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway partner. By using Razorpay for transactions on our platform, you agree to the following:

  • Razorpay may collect details such as your name, contact information, and payment method (card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.) to process the transaction.
  • All payment data is encrypted and transmitted securely; we do not store your sensitive payment details.
  • Razorpay complies with PCI-DSS standards and follows strict data protection measures.
  • Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or failed transactions will be resolved in coordination with Razorpay’s dispute resolution process.
  • By proceeding with a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s refund, dispute, and chargeback policies.

5. Exam Materials

Exam materials provided are for personal study only. Any form of copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, images, videos, and materials are owned by AyurVeda Education Institute and protected under copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data or business interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
